Winemaking:
Origin from Vineyards in Fernando Pó, Palmela. Fermentation in stainless steel, temperature controlled vats.

Grape Varieties:
Castelão,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
A bright pink wine with an intense fruity aroma. Refreshing on the palate, with an excellent balance between acidity and sugars.

Store and Serve Advices:
Drinking Temperature 12º - 14º C.

Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and also good with fish and salads.
