Product details
Fermentation took place for 28 days at low temperatures with skin maceration and finished fermentation in neutral French oak barrels. Aging took place in the same barrels for 24 months in contact with fine lees and a further 12 months of aging in the bottle before being released.

Tasting Notes:
Very beautiful golden color. Intense and complex nose with notes of oil, quince and flint. Mouth with enormous freshness, good density and texture with very balanced and persistent tannins. Very long finish with excellent acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
