Product details

Winemaking:
Maturation control to achieve the best balance between intensity and freshness. Grapes hand-picked into small 40L boxes. Reception in our winery with sorting, total destemming and crushing immediately. Cold skin maceration followed by fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels, where it aged on fine lees for 9 months with batonnâge, to give more complexity and gastronomic sense to the varietal character of this wine.
