Tasting Notes:
Clear appearance of garnet color with great depth. Of great aromatic richness, it shows balsamic notes, black plums and some chocolate. Perfect harmonization between the wine and the barrel where it aged, complexing the aroma with some dried fruits and spices. Mouth with a lot of structure, full-bodied and complex, with a very long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 16º - 18º C.

Perfect with meats, cheeses, sausages, game and cod.
