Winemaking:
Low intervention philosophy. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is aged in a cement tank for 8 months. A memory of the old days of oenology in the Dão and Carlos Lucas. Large capacity cement tank from 1939.

Tasting Notes:
Golden colour with orange nuances. On the nose it presents us with aromas of tropical fruit, stone fruit and orange blossom, all in deep intensity. The palate is unctuous from the cement, balanced by good acidity and freshness. A wine with a strong character that stands out on any occasion.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish and white meats dishes.
