Pneumatic pressing of destemmed grapes, from a rigorous selection. Cold settled for 48 hours and fermentation in French oak barrels.

Encruzado,Bical,Malvasia Fina
Tasting Notes:
citrus, with clear reflections colour. Intense, mineral aroma with typical tropical fruit of the grape variety. Nuances of wood, delicately linked with aromas of tropical fruit. Soft wine in the mouth with good acidity and volume. Remarkable persistence, with fruity and complex finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be appreciated between 10ºC e os 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be served as an aperitif. Accompanies perfectly grilled fish, seafood and white meats.
