Tasting Notes:
Bright appearance, red color with slight evolution, soft fruit aroma with light nuances of dried fruits. Medium intense flavor, with a good balance between sweetness and acidity. Well integrated alcohol, fresh and soft finish with good persistence.
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
As an appetizer or a digestive. Great combination with chocolate.
