Tasting Notes:
It is rich, and fruity. Leading with fresh, apple-like fruit carried through a round, plush, smooth texture with firm acidity. The wine is very clean and long, with great weight and density, excellent overall balance and a tapered finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to drink with grilled fish, seafood, or even with sushi and sashimi.
