Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes are grown in a non-mechanized vineyard over 100 years old (0.5 ha), a large co-plantation of different varieties such as Baga, Jaen, Tinta-Pinheira, Alvarelhão, Alfrocheiro, Bastardo, planted together with trees fruit (olive, fig, peach, plum and others). The soil is made of granite and sand and the altitude is 350 m. Natural vinification (co-fermentation) took place in an “open wine press” without aging in oak.
