The grapes were hand picked for boxes of 18 kg, with extreme care, fermenting at low temperature. Aging of 50% of the lot in barrels during 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma elegant and complex with the presence of red fruits. Flavour with good structure and soft tannins. Long and authentic, according to their tradition.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Red meats, roasts stew.
