Winemaking using the open vat method. After direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press, the must undergoes static clarification, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14°C and 16°C, with inoculation of selected yeasts.

Tasting Notes:
A bright, citrine yellow white wine with greenish hues. The aroma is aromatic with notes of stone fruit and floral aromas. Complex and elegant. On the palate it is full-bodied, rich, balanced, with great volume and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine pairs well with baked fish dishes, cod, and octopus, and its complexity and body also perfectly complement meat dishes and soft cheeses.
