Product details

Winemaking:
It was a very balanced year. Due to some drought, the grapes ripened earlier with the excess heat, which led to an early harvest. The white harvest began on 25 August and finished with the reds on 28 September. It was a good year, with good acidity. Manual harvesting, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, 6 months ageing in stainless steel vats.
