Winemaking:
Without a harvest date, this wine is the result of the combination of several years, predominating the vintage of 2008. It is a white wine from an old vineyard with several white varieties, some of them very rare, as Dona Branca. After fermentation in new and used barrels, it aged for about six years in used barrels, two years in Cuba and before its release, 19 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant and intense aroma with some mineral notes. Full, powerful, present in the mouth with lots of finesse thanks to the acidity and citrus fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pair with soft cheeses and baked fish.
