Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma complex with very interesting notes of roasted rubber, toffee, liquor, touch of earth and exotic wood. Full of volume and body in the mouth, silky, very dense, ripe and round tannins. Full of structure, grip and strength.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meats, lamb, game, cod drizzled in olive oil and aged cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
