Tasting Notes:
Notes of fresh white fruit, pear, plum and lychee, well integrated with the toasted wood of the barrel. Floral aromas, tropical fruits (such as pineapple and lychee), peach and spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
