Wine resulting from the fermentation of white-skinned grapes in an open spout (without the juice coming into contact with the skins).

Grape Varieties:
Rabigato,Arinto,Gouveio

Tasting Notes:
Very fruity aroma, cantered on citrus notes, lemon zest and mandarin. Tropical nuances of mango, banana and a touch of smoke. In the mouth it’s full and creamy, but at the same time fresh, light and appealing.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 11-12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Enjoy well chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, seafood and white meat dishes.
