Tasting Notes:
Young citrus yellow. Fresh and very fruity with delicate citrus aromas and notes of pineapple and mango, with hints of orange blossom and sweet vanilla. It reveals a very balanced acidity, creamy, and a long and very pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Starters, salads, sushi, and all types of fish and seafood.
