Winemaking:
Crafted from 80-90 year old vines, this unique white wine is a field blend of four Douro varieties: Gouveio, Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, and Rabigato. Following 20 days of skin contact, the wine ferments naturally using native yeasts and matures for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
