Tasting Notes:
Fine aroma, very mineral, with notes of ripe citrus, quince, sour apple. It is a well-structured white, fat, but with a lemonade profile that gives it beautiful presence and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
