Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow wine with aromas of honey and dried apricot, citrus and mineral nuances, accompanied by delicate spices, resin and smoky notes. Complex, intense and voluminous, but with balanced acidity, minerality and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10º - 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Accompanying cheeses and fatty fish. A mushroom rice is also perfect.
