Bright on the palate with bright, clear flavours of lemon curd and gummi bears. Almost juicy fruit flavoured finishing dry and with a refreshing hint of astringency. Nice texture and weight if a bit on the fruity side of things.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service Temperature between 9ºC and 11ºC.
Food Pairing:
Well matched with grilled fish or simple dishes of pasta aldente that are enhanced by a wine that has considerable fruit presence and freshness.
