Tasting Notes:
Clear and citrusy. Intense, fresh and fruity aroma with notes of wood and toast. Very complex, smooth, with a balance between alcohol and acidity. Very long, persistent and smooth finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 9ºC.
Food Pairing:
Baked fish, preferably fatty, and seafood.
