Winemaking:
Mechanical Harvested. Total Destemming. Maceration before crush during 8h. Fermentation in stainless steel vats under temperatures between 15º and 18º during 12 days. 25% of the wine has fermented in new French oak barrels. Ageing for 4 months in Stainless Steel Vats with ''bâtonnage sur lie'‘.

Antão Vaz,Verdelho,Viognier,Arinto

Tasting Notes:
Clean and brilliant lemon colour. Aromas of tropical fruit and white flowers mixed with butter. It's a complex wine with a lot of minerality.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with all kind of fish, Sushi and Spicy Food.
