Winemaking:
A blend of grape varieties typical of the Douro Superior, grown at 420 metres on the plateau of V.N. de Foz Côa. Fermentation took place at 14ºC after a peculiar maceration, in order to maximise the aromatic character of these grape varieties.

Rabigato,Arinto,Moscatel Galego
Tasting Notes:
Intense aroma with citrus and spicy notes. Impressive on the palate thanks to its acidity, retronasal flavour and powerful body. The finish is creamy, intense and balanced, leaving good memories and inviting you to have another glass.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
