The grapes were gently pressed, the must fermented slowly at low temperature for a week in stainless steel tanks, followed by 3 weeks in barrel. The wine remained in the barrels for 7 months with battonage once a week.

Tasting Notes:
Straw colour with subtle greenish tones. Inviting aromas of apricot mingle with nuances of tea, ripe apple and luscious lychee. Subtle oak notes intertwine with hints of brioche, lemon yoghurt and tangerine zest. With a robust body, this wine offers a harmonious balance of ripe fruit and citrus acidity. The well-integrated oak adds a touch of complexity, with delicate caramel tones adding depth to the palate.

Serve between 12ºC-14ºC.
