Product details

Winemaking:
Produced with Viosinho, Rabigato and Códega the Larinho grape varieties. The grapes come from the areas of Murça and Tabuaço, at an altitude between 450 and 600 meters. The must is decanted for 48 hours and fermented in stainless steel vats at 14c. The aging continues in stainless steel vats with "bâtonnage" until the end of December. The wine is then bottled in March.
