Winemaking:
Manual harvest, with great maturity criteria. Brief pre-fermentation maceration followed by fermentation alcoholic with temperature control in stainless steel tanks, thus producing more elegant wines, preserving the aromas. Stage with lees thin.

Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
