Winemaking:
Harvested by hand in the second week of August. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Ageing on the lees in new and used French oak barrels of 500 and 600 litres for 10 months.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
