Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest. After a period of 24 hours of cold skin maceration, fermentation took place in 500L French oak barrels for a period of 19 days at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation the wine was subjected to a daily bâtonnage. Aging in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months.
