Adopting a completely natural winemaking process, manual harvesting was carried out, with careful selection of bunches. The de-stemmed grapes fermented in a stainless steel tank with a controlled temperature of around 14ºC, with minimal intervention and without any addition of oenological products, respecting the delicate character of the grapes.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a clear appearance and lemon yellow color. The nose is dominated by the freshness of sweet citrus, lemon and grapefruit wrapped in the complexity and purity of white flower and green apple. The mouth suggests minerality, with perfect acidity. Broad and structured, it ends in a pleasant herbaceous “brake”, which cleanses the palate and invites us to continue.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 12 ° C and 14 ° C.
Food Pairing:
White with “terroir”, it reflects the characteristics of Alto-Alentejo and the proximity of Serra de S. Mamede. Fresh, mineral and complex, it invites you to celebrate the simplicity of life. A good companion to a sardine grilled in bread, a fresh gazpacho or an uncomplicated ham and melon tapa.
