Manual harvest, by individual plot. Picking bunches and destemming without crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with reproduction of foot treading and temperature control (individual per vat). Aging in French oak barrels (30% new) for 16 to 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma of a young red wine and full of life. Some barrel well integrated in the black and red fruit in a very spicy background. In the mouth a strong character in the medium body, very lively tannins and properly polished, perfect for the table.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature around 16ºC-18ºC. It can be drunk after bottling but can also age well in the bottle until 15 to 20 years after the date of harvest.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
