Product details

Winemaking:
Harvest in 18kg boxes, with selection in the vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation in a stainless steel vessel. Whole bunch, partly trodden by foot, partly not crushed and placed in layers. 5 day tanning. Aged 1 year in brown and mahogany barrels (500l).
