Winemaking:
The winemaking process was very simple and involved little intervention: fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, were transported to the winery where they were carefully selected by hand, destemmed and gently crushed. Without pressing, the grapes were transferred directly to new French oak barrels, where they underwent alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and continued to age for a further 24 months, with the fine lees regularly removed and temperature and humidity controlled.

Tasting Notes:
Pale golden color. On the nose it is intense and complex with aromas of lime, lemon, white flowers, brioche and toasted almonds. Powerful palate with notes of citrus fruits and a creamy side reinforcing the nose. It finishes long and tense.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany all fish and seafood dishes and some lighter meat dishes.
