Winemaking:
Hand-harvested into small crates, with manual selection of the bunches. Total destemming, with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged in used French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by 15 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
It presents a medium garnet colour with slight brick-red reflections, an aroma reminiscent of black plum, cherry, and ripe wild blackberry. On the palate, it leaves a freshness and harmonious tannic sensation, the result of prolonged aging in used barrels. A long and fresh finish with a subtle suggestion of spices, wet stone, branches, and cedar bark.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15-17°C, where its freshness and depth are at their best.
Food Pairing:
Platter of Iberian ham, sausages and cured cheeses.
