Tasting Notes:
The grapes that gave rise to this wine were vinified together, I had the objective of harvesting the various varieties in the various plots at the time when I thought the result would be the best for producing a wine that would keep for a long time. Great concentration, very fresh, the blend gave rise to a very complex aroma where the notes of the barrel harmoniously combine to add complexity to the whole, spices, black fruits, liquorice and violets in perfect harmony. Complexity, very concentrated and structured aroma.
