Tasting Notes:
Light pink colour. Very elegant and complex, with a fruity feel, notes of vegetables and minerals. The oak wood notes, where they fermented and matured, are very faint. In the mouth it is completely dry, rich, very long, fresh and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with aperitifs, white meats and codfish courses.
