Product details

Winemaking:
Crushing with total destemming, gentle and prolonged skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. Aged for 6 months in soft toast French oak barrels, 12 months in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Goes well with spicy charcuterie, oven-roasted fish, roasted or stewed white and red meats and medium-structured cheeses.
