Made exclusively from red grape varieties, vinified in an open pour. Very gentle crushing and pressing allow the extraction and selection of a slightly pink must, which is clarified until the desired degree of clarity is obtained. Alcoholic fermentation followed, at a controlled temperature of 14ºC-16ºC. After fermentation, maturation on fine lees allows this wine to reach the quality for bottling. Bottling preceded by fining, tartaric stabilization and filtration.

Tasting Notes:
Pale and elegant pink colour. Expressive and intense aromatically. Fruity, with notes of currant, cherry and strawberry. In the mouth it is balanced, dominating the fruity sensation. Excellent harmony between volume and acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed young, as a reference in the year following the harvest. The bottle must be stored in a cool place and protected from light. Stored under conditions it can evolve positively for up to 3 years. Serve at 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany light cuisine dishes, such as salads, making an excellent connection with the exotic flavours of Asian food.
