Very pronounced color, almost a claret, in fact. The fruit is discreet on the nose and in the mouth, allowing the tannins and vegetal notes of the grape variety to emerge, with accentuated acidity, in an austere, very interesting, very gastronomic register.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature between 9ºC and 11ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany light dishes or oriental dishes.
