Rich and complex, with mineral notes, red fruits and dried flower petals. On the palate it's very elegant, completely dry, fresh and quite long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12°C. Estimated shelf life 10 years.
Food Pairing:
Grilled turbot, octopus rice, baked rabbit, crab shells, shrimp bobó, buttery Serra da Estrela cheese.
