Soft pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature using yeasts selected from the Bairrada region.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a bright appearance and light blush colour. Fresh and vibrant aroma with characteristic notes of wild red fruits and mineral notes. Medium body and pleasant acidity. Invigorating and refreshing finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 10/12ºC.

Food Pairing:
It is an excellent wine with fish, salads, white meats and cheeses or as an aperitif.
