Winemaking started by gently pressing the entire bunches using a pneumatic press. After pressing the must is static decanting at 10ºC for 48 hours. Part of the wine fermented in new and used French oak barrels. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 4 months in French oak barrels in contact with the fine sludge where fortnightly batching was carried out. 2200 bottles were made.

Antão Vaz,Semillon,Verdelho
Tasting Notes:
Crystalline yellow colour with golden tints. Complex and elegant aroma with notes of white pulp fruit well integrated with toasted aromas from barrel fermentation. Rich fruit flavour with good volume and excellent acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 8°C-10°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with light meals such as fish dishes, sea-food and salads. However, its potential is also shown when enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
