The result of two harvests, 2021 and 2022, from two hectares of old vines at Monte da Penha, with the Arinto, Fernão Pires, Roupeiro and Trincadeira das Pratas grape varieties. "Verónica" is a tribute to his wife, mother and friend, and all the legacy she left behind.

Tasting Notes:
Nose of medium intensity, white flowers, lime, wax, wet stone, light honey and dried leaves. In the mouth it's dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity (+), lime, passion fruit, light butter and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Grilled turbot, octopus rice, baked rabbit, crab shells, shrimp bobó, buttery Serra da Estrela cheese.
