With unique characteristics in its terroir, Vidigueira is synonymous with wine. With strong thermal amplitudes between day and night, the shelter of the Serra do Mendro promotes the maintenance of morning humidity in the vineyards. Mostly schist soils and typical grape varieties, deeply adapted to the region, translate into the wine glass the heritage of Terra de Vinho. In old vineyards in Roupeiro, Antão Vaz and Arinto, the grapes that produce this wine are hand-picked. The chosen ripeness point seeks fresh fruit and crisp acidity. Low intervention winemaking, begins with foot treading. The start of spontaneous fermentation leads to the press, only the liquid fraction is sent to small stainless steel tanks. With total aging in stainless steel tanks, the purity of the fruit and the natural texture of the wine are maintained without intervention. After decanting, we bottle an unstabilized wine, with light filtration.

Tasting Notes:
Straw color, with green reflections. Aroma of citrus fruits and white flowers in harmony with some vegetal notes. In the mouth it is juicy and has fresh acidity. Ready for immediate consumption, they are served on the table and accompany good company away from it.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
