Tasting Notes:
Clear citrus colour. Very intense and focused on notes of mint, lime and grapefruit. The palate shows good acidity that supports the pear and apple fruit notes, wrapped in subtle minerality of notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8 a 10°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with Fish and shellfish, even with sauces, lean meats and goat cheeses.
