Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Citrus fruits, green apples, pear, hints of tangerine. Fresh, crispy, good acidity and balanced. Well fruity, green apples, pear and citrus fruits flavour.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to consume between 7-9ºC. Drink young, ideally till one year and half after the harvest.
Food Pairing:
To pair with seafood, appetizers and light dishes.
