Manual harvest of grapes exclusively from the plot known as vinha do chapim. Plot of loamy loam soil with rolled stone. Quinta de Santiago's best plot. Wild and slow fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing on fine lees with periodic batonage for 8 months. Vegan, citrusy, elegant and complex, notes of chipped stone, shy citrus fruit. Balanced and persistent. Great freshness. Mineral and saline, well marked by its tension and vibrant acidity, without ever losing sight of the fruit.

Tasting Notes:
This quinta's ‘vineyard wine’ is extremely consistent in quality and profile, with a pronounced ripe lemon colour, slight evolutionary notes (it ages on its lees) and hints of vegetables and orange peel. Full-bodied and complex, with layered fruit, fine, precise, fresh, great wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving temperature of 10 to 12º C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with starters, salads and seafood, grilled sea bass, natural oysters, steamed clams, sautéed prawns, tuna, white meat or lamb curry.
