Winemaking:
The summer took place with no rain and mild temperatures, perfect conditions for a high quality harvest. After reception, the grapes go directly to the pneumatic press where the first must is extracted and then fermented at 16ºC originating this fresh and elegant wine.

Grape Varieties:
Azal,Arinto,Trajadura,Loureiro
Tasting Notes:
citrus and pale colour. Fruity fragrance with smooth marks of tropical fruits. Slightly acid but fresh on the mouth. The end is smoothly sweet.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 8º – 10º.
Food Pairing:
Ideal on its own or to go along with fishes, salads and seafood dishes.
