Tasting Notes:
Very lush aromas of white flowers, passion fruit and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is a very concentrated, but soft wine, that reveals notes of floral, ripe passion fruit, grapefruit and lime peel. A wine that takes care of the senses and with an excellent balance between fruit, minerality and acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 8°C-10°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with light meals such as fish dishes, sea-food and salads. However, its potential is also shown when enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
