A clear wine citrus colour with greenish reflections. Young scent of citrus fruits with floral touches. It is a dry wine with balanced acidity and refreshing finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese.
